Senator Takubo moved to amend the amendment on page eight, section fifteen-b, subsection (e), line fifty-one, after the word “public.” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following Proviso:

Provided, That the advance practice registered nurse is working  in an area that has been designated by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration as a Health Professional Shortage Area or is working in a clinic organized, in whole or in part, for the delivery of health care services without charge to patients.
